• Our uncompromising priority in our quality policy is to maintain our characteristic of being an organization that produces under completely hygienic conditions, complies with public food safety principles at every stage of production, is respectful to nature and consumers, and makes use of technological opportunities.

• We will not be satisfied with the existing quality of our products; efforts will be made at every stage of production to increase the quality level. For this purpose, the effectiveness of the food safety system will be continuously improved and compliance with requirements will be ensured.

• Management has adopted that, when determining the chains in production, factors such as food hygiene and safety, which play an important role in the food safety of our products, are prioritized.

• In ensuring food safety, it is constantly taken into account that the supply of raw materials, auxiliary materials, and materials that come into contact with food used in production plays a very important role.

• New technologies will be monitored and those that improve food safety will be included in the system as soon as possible.

• It is one of our main principles to maintain our quality approach until the final consumer and to provide training to all units at this stage.

• Our personnel will be ensured to work in line with food safety; the necessary training will be provided, and it will be ensured that the personnel take pride in what they produce.

• The needs and expectations of stakeholders, especially customers, will be given importance, and a balance will be established between these needs and expectations. Continuous improvement is carried out to satisfy these needs and expectations.

• The general food safety policy of our organization and the food safety policies of management levels have been determined separately. Maximum sensitivity has been shown to ensure that these policies are compatible with each other.

• By making the best use of natural and company-owned resources, and while maintaining the balance between ecological sustainability and economic growth, using existing resources efficiently and ensuring that they are transferred to future generations, the food safety policies of our organization have been committed by top management, and their compliance is continuously reviewed and monitored.

• To produce products in accordance with Quality System Requirements, Safe Food standards, health rules, Food Legislation, relevant laws/regulations, and authenticity, starting from raw materials, through process stages, and in the final product.

• The main principle of our company is “To produce safe products for human health, to maximize customer satisfaction, and to become a recognized brand.”

To achieve this,

  • • We will produce under completely hygienic conditions.
  • • As an institution aware that human rights are an indispensable element, we will continuously observe and improve the health, happiness, and welfare of our personnel.
  • • No one in our enterprise is discriminated against based on language, religion, race, gender, or physical differences.
  • • No one in our enterprise can be subjected to pressure, harassment, insult, or ill-treatment.
  • • No employees under the age of 16 are employed in our enterprise.
  • • Every employee has the right to express themselves and voice their opinions in the enterprise.
  • • We will direct and manage every stage of production in accordance with the Food Safety Management System approach.
  • • We will produce products that comply with Legal Legislation.
  • • By implementing the Food Safety Management System, we will guarantee the protection of consumer health, ensure that the amount of nonconforming product remains at a minimum level, and monitor it.
  • • We will follow technological developments to keep Food Safety at the same standard at all times and to increase it.
  • • Safe products and services for human health are only possible in an environment where hygienic inputs are provided. We will continue our “cooperation” relationships with our suppliers who provide products and services to our organization and support the enhancement of their Food Safety.
